Terms of Service

The rules that govern your AI Systems Club membership. Plain English. Read it.

1. What you're paying for

An AI Systems Club™ membership ("ASC", "the membership") gives you access to:

The AI Systems Library — production-ready automation workflows updated monthly
The Weekly Briefing — curated by Marc Domancie
A private builder community (hosted on Circle at members.aisystemsclub.com)
Monthly Manila IRL meetups (subject to scheduling)
Direct access to the founder via the community channels
Members-only AI tools, extensions, and software

Specific features may evolve. We may add, modify, or remove individual workflows, briefings, events, or tools as the membership grows.

2. Membership pricing

The current price is $50 USD per month or $500 USD per year, billed via Stripe. As a founding member (first 200 buyers), your price is locked for life — even after we raise prices for new members.

All prices are in US Dollars. Your card may be charged a foreign-transaction fee by your issuing bank. We have no control over those fees.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. No contracts, no annual lock-in, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.

Three ways to cancel:

One-click cancel in your Stripe billing portal — link is in any of your invoice emails
Email admin@aisystemsclub.com from your signup email
Ask Marc directly inside the community

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused time on the current billing cycle. Anything you've already accessed inside the community — workflows downloaded, playbooks read, tools deployed — stays yours.

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Don't share your community login or membership benefits with people who haven't paid. If we detect repeated unauthorized sharing, we may suspend or cancel the membership without refund.

5. What we ship inside the community

Workflows, playbooks, and tools shared inside ASC are licensed to you for personal and your own business's commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the materials as your own product. Building client work on top of them is fine — selling them as a course or library is not.

6. Disclaimer

We share what's working for us and our members. We can't guarantee specific business outcomes — your results depend on your execution, market, and how much of the work you actually do. Nothing in ASC is financial, legal, or tax advice.

7. Termination by us

We can terminate a membership without prorated refund if a member:

Shares community access with unpaid people
Harasses, threatens, or targets other members
Resells or redistributes proprietary materials
Engages in fraud against us or other members

8. Changes to these terms

We'll email active members at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications) take effect immediately and are dated on this page.
